WebOct 31, 2024 · I love the CTZ hop extract from Yakima. I have used up almost a full 100 gram can making up my own hop shots. At 61.1AA per mL, it only takes 3 or 4mL in a normal beer to give you the bittering addition you need. No vegetal matter to filter and muss with, plus the addition is very smooth and nice on the palate. Winner.
