WebJun 28, 2012 · Joined Feb 3, 2012. 146 Posts. Discussion Starter · #1 · Jun 28, 2012. I have an old CMC PT 130 Power Tilt and Trim. Today I raised my motor all the way up and now it won't go down. The motor on the unit runs but the hydrolic ram does not move. I called CMC and they said I either have some debris in the acuator valve or my valve is bad.

Can't find anything on the net about CMC jack plate maintenance. Thanks for your input. BTW, it is hydraulic with an electric motor to work the hydraulics. If I remember right there is an allen head screw where you can fill it at.
