I thought that the 113 was Fahrenheit before, but it turns out that's wrong (bad bad assumptions on my part). My raw value of 39 is Celsius, which converted to Fahrenheit is 102F. The worst values just indicate the lowest values ever seen. So for most of your attributes the lowest value ever seen was 100, which is a perfect score.
