WebIt takes approx 45 minutes to walk from Haworth Main Street to the Bronte Waterfall or 25 minutes from Penistone Hill Country Park which has free parking. It’s a relatively easy walk with larger stones and rougher terrain the closer you get. The Bronte Waterfall walk is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. WebThe walk is two miles if you go from a different direction than Haworth and it's mostly along a sign posted old packhorse route that undulates a fair bit. The views of the surrounding moors are a delight and there are benches to sit on when you arrival at the shell of the building that was perhaps/probably the inspiration for Wuthering Heights.
