Some motherboards might not put out the full 1A, in which case the cpu_fan header maximum might differ 2-3 watts, so a range of 10-15w. More than enough to cover the pump and/or fans. The x73 is a simple AIO setup.

I think its because the front 3 fans are 3 pin voltage regulated fans and all the others are 4 pin PWM. Unfortunately a restart doesn't always fix the issue as on restart the fans will spin but you cant choose silent or performance mode on them as it ... Several weeks ago, after turning on my computer, they just started to look dimmer than before. It is extremely weird. They are not able to be dimmed down via the control unit or the software. The control unit is not capable of doing it.
